Ryo Machiko (voiced by Rina Satou) has parents who work overseas, and her beloved grandmother unfortunately passes away, forcing the young girl to live alone. Before long, Ryo discovers that her cooking skills have diminished compared to before, which makes her feel very guilty since she promised her grandmother to practice her culinary skills diligently. One day, Ryo meets a girl named Kirin Morino (voiced by Asuka Ogame), who loves to draw, and her greatest dream is to attend an art school in Tokyo. On the request of her caring aunt, Kirin comes to stay at Ryo's house every Saturday, and having another person around makes the meals tastier, leading Ryo to realize that her cooking skills haven't actually declined. Later, Ryo also meets a rich girl named Shiina (voiced by Mikako Komatsu), adding another member to their dining table!
