Long ago, fragments of demons shattered in the universe still wreak havoc across the cosmos. A villain, whose true nature is unknown, is using these demon shards to cause chaos and has extended his evil grasp toward the Land of Light. Ultraman Zero and his disciple Zeta Ultraman bravely step up to confront the enemy head-on. After a fierce battle, Zeta Ultraman chases the monster alone to Earth. On Earth, people have formed a defense force — the Monster Response Mecha Unit "Storage" — to combat the monsters that appear daily. Among this unit is a passionate young man — Haruki Nakagawa. The moment the cosmic monster arrives on Earth, Zeta Ultraman and Haruki meet. Thus begins the battle story of these two passionate young men.
