Delinquent student Kazama Kenji (voiced by Kōsuke Kōsaka) is in his second year of high school, forming a delinquent group "Kazama Faction" with Yokokaku and Nagayama. This rule-breaking student unexpectedly stumbles into the under-staffed "Game Production Club," which is facing dissolution. There, he meets four female members who claim to possess their own "attributes"—the fire attribute Shizaki Ruka (voiced by Kana Hanazawa), the earth attribute Ushiyama Chitose, the water attribute Mizukami Sakura, and the lightning attribute Ozawa Minami. Faced with this surreal club, Kenji refuses to join, prompting the four to use their attribute skills to attack him in an attempt to make him join. Kenji must not only deal with the four members with their "attributes" but also confront the so-called "real Game Production Club" that follows...
