High school girl Nao (voiced by Kaori Nazuka) is a member of the photography club, and she loves capturing clouds and the wind. One day, while taking photos on the school rooftop, she sees a flying cat, and suddenly, it starts to rain cats from the sky. In her shock, she accidentally falls off the building. Surprisingly, she lands unharmed, thanks to her savior, the Wind Master—Mr. Atmosphere—who has the ability to manipulate the wind. The cat can fly because it knows how to control the wind as well. Upon learning that Mr. Atmosphere returned to his hometown for a festival, Nao, along with her close friend Miki (voiced by Rei Hayama) and classmate A-Ren (voiced by Miyu Irino), travels to the land of the Wind Masters to find him and learn about the wind, but the teacher flatly refuses. After witnessing the breathtaking Wind Festival, Nao seems to understand the wind even more... This anime revolves around Nao's daily life; her high school life may seem ordinary, but the story is filled with wind.
