Teddy Wasby is a little bear born in Veronia. He is kind, lovable, clever, and adventurous. He discovers a treasure map and sets off with his best friend, the eight-legged Gorubi, to the mysterious unknown land of Glando. Glando is beautiful and full of wonders, home to many strange creatures never seen by humans. Wasby soon meets a smart inventor named Newton Jemick. With Newton's various interesting inventions, their laughter echoes in every corner of Glando. Of course, the other side of kindness has evil lurking close behind. The cunning and self-important green goblin Twig often shows up uninvited, adding countless thrills and fun to Wasby’s adventures.
