A British hand-drawn animated film adapted from the award-winning and bestselling picture book by Raymond Briggs, based on the true life story of his parents. It tells the story of Raymond Briggs' parents, an ordinary British couple, from their first meeting and falling in love in 1928 to their passing in 1971. Their lives fade along with the male protagonist's hairline, a life that is ordinary yet touching in its lifelong companionship.
