In an abandoned factory on the outskirts, a film crew is shooting a rough and simple zombie movie. The director, Takayuki Hiiragi (played by Takayuki Banshaku), is unhappy with the performance of the female lead, Ayaka Matsumoto (played by Yuzuki Akiyama), and explodes with rage, shouting and yelling. Following the suggestion of staff member Harumi (played by Harumi Shuhama), the crew temporarily halts the shoot. During the break, Harumi shares terrifying old tales about the factory from World War II with Matsumoto and the male actor playing the zombie, Kazuaki Kamiya (played by Kazuaki Nagaya). Just then, an ominous rumble suddenly resonates, and shortly after, a crew member transforms into a zombie and begins to attack other crew members frantically. The cast and crew scatter in panic, while the crazed director raises his camera, beginning the shoot of the movie he has always dreamed of. More than 30 minutes of bloody slaughter ensues, and it turns out that this is only the beginning of this horror film!
