Tian (Sahaphap Wongratch) underwent a heart transplant, with the donor being a young woman who tragically lost her life in an accident. Through the diary left by the donor, Tian gradually learns about some deeds of the original owner of the heart beating in his chest, discovering that she had made a promise with an officer named Wafa (Pirapat Watthanasetsiri) to count a thousand stars together. To express his gratitude, Tian decides to fulfill the promise on behalf of the woman. Therefore, Tian meets Wafa, but Wafa treats him with extreme coldness and detachment. Not sure if it's because of the heart, Tian realizes that whenever he gets close to Wafa, his heart races particularly fast. Is it really a problem with the heart, or is it his own issue?
