Weather forecaster Guo Jing (played by Feng Cui Fan) is about to retire, but his dream of becoming a news broadcaster has never been realized. His three children each have their own troubles: his eldest daughter Guo Mei Mei (played by Mao Shun Jun) is strong-willed and spoiled, while her husband Yao Ming (played by Zeng Zhi Wei) is honest and simple, causing their relationship to gradually become imbalanced under the dominance of the wife; his second daughter Guo Jing Jing is involved in an underground romance with subordinate Le Yi Wa (played by Huang Zong Ze), and her boyfriend, who lacks ambition yet is popular with women, leaves her feeling insecure; his youngest son Guo Fu Cheng is a homebody who wishes to rescue his goddess Vivian (played by Zhang Xin Yu) from the hands of wealthy Roberto (played by Su Yong Kang).
