Taipei kid Dou Dou (voiced by Zhuang Bowen) has to move to Tainan with the seemingly fearsome Grandma (voiced by Wen Ying) after his dad gets into a car accident and his mom has to deal with the aftermath. However, Dou Dou soon discovers that Grandma is actually an exorcist with the power to subdue monsters, and even the ghosts are scared of her. One day, because of Dou Dou's playful nature, a monster (voiced by Xu Jiahui) is released, and it uses Dou Dou to harm Grandma in order to increase its own magical powers. As they spend time together, Dou Dou's feelings for Grandma begin to change. Whether Grandma can be defeated comes down to a critical moment, and it remains to be seen if Dou Dou can successfully help Grandma overcome the demon.
