"Liu" Prima (played by Baifern Pimchanok Luevisadpaibul) is a young girl who is bullied because of her appearance. To start anew in college, she undergoes plastic surgery to make herself look like an average student. However, the surgery results are "too successful," making her extraordinarily beautiful and drawing unnecessary attention, while all she wants is to fit in and avoid being bullied. Additionally, some people start mocking her for having too much surgery and call her artificial beauty. "Guy" Karin (played by Metawin Opas-iamkajorn) is a heartthrob at school, who knows what Liu looked like before her surgery since they attended the same high school, and he questions her about it. Unlike many others, he never looked down on Liu because of her appearance during their school years. The two soon become close, with Guy spending most of his time taking care of Liu and developing feelings for her. However, Liu's lack of confidence and fear of being ridiculed leads her to reject his affections, especially when people on campus believe someone like Guy should be dating naturally beautiful girls like Faye (played by Jane Ramida Jiranorraphat).
