Shimizu Nao (voiced by Kamimura Yuto) was once a water polo athlete, but due to an accident, he decided to give up the sport he loved dearly when he was in his third year of middle school. After entering high school, Nao accidentally met a boy named Oka Raitaro (voiced by Nishiyama Koutarou). Raitaro is a former classmate of Nao and knows well about the tragic story that happened to him, and he longs to attend the same high school as Nao. Jojima Ryo (voiced by Kimura Subaru) is the president of the water polo club, and after much persuasion, Nao finally agrees to join the club. Once a skilled swimmer, Nabekawa Shugo (voiced by Saito Soma), impulsive and carefree Ejiri Takeichi (voiced by Furukawa Makoto), and gentle and composed Inomata Bayaroho (voiced by Hatanaka Tadashi) quickly become friends with Nao at school, and he regains his passion for the sport of water polo.
