Ten ordinary people act as "fugitives," hiding with only a £250 credit card. The successful "fugitives" will share a grand prize of £100,000. A team of 30 experts consisting of counter-terrorism specialists, former intelligence agents, and police will use their homes, social traces, phone records, and can consult friends and family. They will replicate necessary CCTV and automatic number plate recognition systems from national agencies to locate and pursue them. Additionally, they can post "bounties" on social media, offering rewards to the public for clues to assist in the captures.
