"Polar" is a large-scale Tibetan cultural documentary produced by Zeng Hairuo, directed by Cheng Gong, with voiceovers by Su Yang and Yang Shuo. It is co-produced by Beijing Tiancheng Jiahua and Beijing Wuxing Legend, along with the Guiyang Municipal Government, the Center for the Protection of China's Intangible Cultural Heritage, Guiyang Tiancai Ethnic Cultural Development, China Ethnic Cultural Resource Network, LeTV, Bilibili, Ahshu Culture, the China Huaxia Cultural Heritage Foundation, and others. The documentary uses a cinematic poetic narrative language to present 21 everyday stories from Tibetan regions, illustrating the daily lives of Tibetan people through the love and emotions of ordinary individuals. It examines survival wisdom in extreme environments while showcasing everyday life, delving into the essence of ancient culture while recording the present in Tibet.
