In a small village in Lebanon, a young boy named Rabi, despite being completely blind, possesses a remarkable musical talent. When he needs to apply for a new passport to perform abroad, he unexpectedly discovers that his identification is forged! A sense of fear and anger overwhelms him as he realizes he has been living in a lie, but no one can explain the truth no matter how much he inquires. Amidst the soothing melodies of Middle Eastern folk music, the boy expresses his calm yet profound sorrow and melancholy. The director uses the metaphor of the blind man to reflect the dark history of Lebanon torn apart and destroyed by war.
