The secret letter was intercepted, the winds of change are gathering, and the rivers and lakes are surging with blood and gore... Eunuch Wang Zhen colludes with the evil cult, the Nine Heavens Mistress, and sends a secret letter that is intercepted by the Jade Fox, Xiao Nanshan, who then kills the Nine Heavens envoy. Wei Zhensheng is captured by the Nine Heavens Mistress, while Tie Shou Gu Hua and Xiao are brothers. To gather news about Wei, they have long stayed in the entertainment district. Wei's fiancée, Miss Zeng, seeks out Gu and Xiao to inquire about Wei's whereabouts.
