Li Liya and Yang Na are both police officers. After completing their mission, they travel together to the Philippines for a vacation. Liya takes the opportunity to visit her cousin Hong Ben, who gives them a warm welcome. While the two enjoy the beautiful scenery of the islands, they suddenly receive a call from their supervisor in Hong Kong, instructing them to secretly investigate the covert dealings of an arms group operating between Hong Kong and the Philippines. During one operation, they meet Filipino detective Eddie. As the investigation deepens, they discover that Hong Ben is one of the five major arms smugglers in the Philippines, and his sister, Ruowai, is ruthless, eliminating anyone who threatens their market monopoly. Due to their disruption of Hong Ben’s dealings, the three are continuously targeted for assassination. After a series of gunfights, explosions, and desperate struggles, they finally turn the tables on their attackers and ultimately capture Hong Ben!
