Xu Daqiang, Zhang Wei, and Gao Baisen were sentenced to prison for robbery. While in prison, they learned that the place where they hid their stolen goods was about to be demolished, so they decided to escape in order to reclaim their hard-earned wealth. Xu Daqiang's son killed a witness, Tian Ci, during the escape. The prison warden, seeking revenge for his son, colluded with a foreign police officer to use gang members to hunt down Xu Daqiang. Tian Ci's father, knowing the warden's treachery and fearing for his son's safety, sought the help of a resigning detective, Wan Zi, hoping Tian Ci could escape and explain to the police. On the other hand, after being used, Tian Ci was abandoned by Xu and faced chase due to misunderstandings, while the hiding place was discovered by the foreign police officer. Just as he was about to kill Tian Ci, he was saved by Wan Zi's detective friend, Chen Sir. To prove Tian Ci's innocence, Wan Zi needed to capture Xu Daqiang as a witness.
