After a long day at the psychiatric hospital, young nurse Karen (played by Ilona Elkin) takes the last subway train home. However, the train suddenly stops in the middle of the tunnel, and a bloody massacre erupts in the carriage. A group of fanatic cultists, under the pretext of saving souls, begins a brutal slaughter of the passengers. Karen and a few other survivors manage to escape the carriage, but the bloodthirsty attackers pursue them relentlessly. In the pitch-black tunnel, a desperate escape between life and death begins... The film won the 2007 Austin Fantastic Fest Next Wave Special Jury Award and the Best European and American Film Award at the 2007 Fantasy Asian Film Festival.
