Keiichi Yoshinaga (played by Koichi Sato) is an architectural designer. Years ago, he divorced his wife Junko (played by Naho Toda), and their son Koyuki (played by Rairin Sugita) was raised by his mother. One day, Keiichi unexpectedly receives a call from Junko, who tells him that Koyuki has been arrested by the police for killing a classmate. Shocked, Keiichi immediately contacts a lawyer and rushes to the police station, but no matter whether he is facing his family or the police, Koyuki remains unwilling to say a word. What surprises Keiichi even more is that the father of the classmate Koyuki killed is someone who had once helped Koyuki. In Koyuki's silence, there is a real possibility that the case might face a hearing without any progress.
