Sarah (played by Sophie Desmarais) is a girl with exceptional athletic talent, particularly in long-distance running. One day, the athletics club of the best university in Montreal extends an invitation to Sarah, offering her a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity that excites her immensely. However, Sarah comes from a very poor family, and her mother cannot afford the expenses for her to study in Montreal, which leads Sarah to consider applying for a bank loan.
