The award-winning screenwriter of "August 31st, Yesterday in Oslo," Eskil Vogt, makes his directorial debut this year with the feature film "Blind," which has stunned audiences and swept major international film festivals, winning the Best European Film Award at the Berlin Film Festival, the Best Screenplay Award in the World Cinema section at the Sundance Film Festival, and garnering seven nominations at the Norwegian Oscars. Through a unique narrative structure and captivating imagery, it captures the vulnerability and obsession of a blind female protagonist. Recently blind, Ingrid hardly ventures outside; despite losing her sight, her heart and imagination remain clear and active, but fear leads her to create an alternate life script in her inner world. She often fantasizes about her husband sneaking back home from work to observe her every move, or she imagines he has met a single mother online and is secretly dating her; Ingrid sees them laughing together in a restaurant, suddenly, the woman loses her sight... Sensing something amiss, Ingrid's husband soon breaks up with the woman, but she claims she is pregnant and confronts him at a party with a protruding belly. When the woman's ridiculous outfit turns her into the butt of everyone's jokes, Ingrid seems to step into her fantasy world, transforming into the woman in the dress and confronting her husband...
