In a corner of a bustling city, single mother Kinko (Cocco) lives alone in an old apartment with her infant son, Dai-jiro. For a long time, Kinko has been troubled by mental issues, where anyone who appears before her becomes two people, making it impossible for her to discern which is real and which is not. Her nervous anxiety has reached its limit. Only when she sings do the illusions temporarily fade away. Meanwhile, her excessive worry and protection over Dai-jiro worsen her mental state, ultimately leading her to face the fate of being separated from her son. One day, Kinko encounters the unremarkable novelist Seitaro Tanaka (Shinya Tsukamoto). Tanaka becomes captivated by Kinko's singing and boldly pursues her. Confronted with this pessimistic, despairing woman on the path to self-destruction, Tanaka tries various ways to warm and heal Kinko's shattered heart… This film won the Horizons Award at the 2011 Venice Film Festival.
