Miguel (played by Algenis Perez Soto) has dreamed of becoming a baseball pitcher since childhood. At the age of sixteen, he officially embarked on his professional journey, proving his talent and determination. Three years later, nineteen-year-old Miguel is spotted by a scout and joins many other novice athletes for training in Arizona, revealing a new world before him. In the training camp, Miguel begins to understand that he is not the only talented athlete, prompting him to double his efforts. Hard work pays off, and he ultimately secures a contract with the Bridgeton baseball team in Iowa. However, the immense pressure and complex relationships within the team cause Miguel to gradually lose his way.
