In a high school far from the hustle and bustle of the metropolis, the girl Renmi Akane (Himawari Hoka) and her friend Tsujiwa Mika (Aoyama Misaki) are enjoying their last moments together. Akane, who loves to draw, aspires to apply to an art school. Whenever Mika reads the novel "Adolescence Game" by their graduated alumna Hanako Natsue (Kawamura Yukie), she quietly sketches her friend's likeness. One day, Mika unexpectedly encounters Natsue, who works as a librarian, and is overjoyed. She not only shares this discovery with Akane but also begins to engage actively with the admired author. She becomes infatuated with the portrayal of a forbidden romance in the novel, gradually blurring the lines between fiction and reality. As she immerses herself in the world constructed by the latest author, she unconsciously begins to drift apart from Akane. The girls' last tender years are filled with various emotions and confusion...
