Recently divorced Ahmad has just returned to Iran from Germany. Friends plan a weekend trip driving from Tehran to the Caspian Sea, and Sepideh, who enthusiastically organized the outing, invites her daughter Morvarid’s kindergarten teacher Elly to join, hoping to matchmake Ahmad and Elly. The group also includes Sepideh’s husband Amir, Ahmad’s sister Nazy and her family (brother-in-law Manuchehr and daughter Anita), and another family of three (husband Peyman, wife Shohreh, and son Arash). It isn’t until an unexpected incident occurs that the group begins to peel back the layers, getting to know Elly—or rather, realizing how little they actually know about her.
