Medical student Mia (Michelle Ang) is planning to write a doctoral thesis on Alzheimer's disease. She reaches out to a woman named Sarah Logan (Anne Ramsay) in hopes of filming a documentary featuring Sarah's mother, Deborah (Jill Larson). Deborah is conservative and rigid, and is currently in the early stages of Alzheimer's. Although she is resistant to the filming, the family's dire financial situation forces her to accept her daughter's request. Following this, Mia and a film crew consisting of Gavin (Brett Gentile) and Luis (Jeremy DeCarlos) drive to the Logans' house located in the jungle. They interview those around Deborah and closely document the family's every word and action. During this process, Deborah's deteriorating condition leads her to become increasingly eccentric, even taking on a disturbingly bizarre nature...
