John (Brad Pitt) and Jane (Angelina Jolie) have been married for over 7 years, and their life together is as bland as lukewarm water. Their marriage feels like a tomb, leading them to live a lifeless existence. However, this is merely the surface. Behind it, they each have thrilling and dangerous careers—John and Jane belong to two different secret assassin organizations, but neither is aware of the other's identity. It is not until they both receive a mission to assassinate the same target that the truth about their identities begins to unravel. Through repeated probing and guessing, Jane accidentally reveals her identity. As a result, an inevitable conflict arises between them.
