"Jigsaw" (Tobin Bell) has gone missing along with his new apprentice Amanda, and police are searching everywhere, creating a heavy atmosphere in the city. One night, Dr. Lynn Denlon (Bahar Soomekh), who just finished her night shift, is brutally kidnapped. When she wakes up in terror, she finds herself bound in an abandoned house, sharing a room with another unfortunate victim, Jeff (Angus Macfadyen).
