Soon, Bates (played by Tabrett Bethell) and her husband Kamlin (played by Andy Whitfield) will welcome their child, and the couple is completely immersed in a happy atmosphere. On their way back home, the couple checks into a motel, but that night, Kamlin despairingly discovers that the heavily pregnant Bates has gone missing. His instincts tell him that the motel is behind this, and driven by his love for his wife, he sets off on a quest to find her despite the police's objections.
Waking up, Bates finds herself trapped in an abandoned factory, and the wound on her abdomen reveals that the baby is now untraceable. In the factory, Bates discovers many women, like her, who have been kidnapped and forced to give birth. Driven by maternal instinct, they decide to unite, find their children, and escape this nightmarish place. However, as their actions delve deeper, Bates realizes that she seems to be caught in a terrifying conspiracy.
