TV anchor Angela (Jennifer Carpenter) is a bit nervous during her first on-screen appearance, as she is participating in a show that involves spending a night with the firefighters of a Los Angeles fire station. With her cheerful and outgoing personality, Angela gradually fits into the team, getting to know everyone's personalities and quickly becoming their source of joy. However, they suddenly receive a 911 emergency call and, along with the firefighters, Angela heads to the scene of the incident. In the eerie, terrifying building, screams of women echo through the halls as local police have already cordoned off the area. The firefighters attempt to evacuate the trapped crowd but inadvertently find themselves in peril. In the quarantined area, a woman, infected by an unknown virus, brutally attacks many people. As the firefighters suffer tragic fates and Angela finds herself in a dire situation, she is pushed to the brink...
