During the War of Resistance, the gambling king of Northeast China, Yu Zhenhai (played by Zheng Shaoqiu), comes to Shanghai to help his mentor reclaim the casino Babymoon, which was taken by the Shanghai gangster Feng Jingyao (played by Pan Zhiwen).
