Xiao San (played by Wang Yu Ya), who lives in a fishing port, was taken to see a fortune teller by her mother at the age of 17. Six fortune tellers all said she is the reincarnation of Liang Shan Bo and predicted that she would face a great calamity at 25, which could only be resolved by meeting a noble person. Xiao San, who is usually carefree, does not take it seriously as she has a boyfriend named Ah Bin who works on a boat. Xiao Ying (played by Lin Yi Chen) is Xiao San's distant cousin whom she hasn't seen for many years. Since childhood, she has firmly believed that she is the Zhu Ying Tai to Xiao San's Liang Shan Bo. Growing up in a violent household, Xiao Ying works at Xiao San's place to help her father pay off debts, and their unspoken feelings grow deeper. Loyal to her friends, Xiao San agrees to a risky gambling transaction with a crazy gang to settle some disputes, and by luck, wins. One rainy night, Xiao Ying can no longer suppress her feelings and confesses to Xiao San, who is taken aback but knows she doesn’t love her and pushes her away. However, a series of violent incidents occur: Xiao Ying gets captured, Xiao San gets injured, and the gang confronts Xiao San once again over the gambling game at the port, but this time things are not as smooth as before. In this life and the last, can Liang Shan Bo protect his Zhu Ying Tai?
