After the fateful battle with Monster Jin (played by Masahiro Matsuoka) concludes, the three realms welcome a long-awaited peace. Monster Prince (played by Satoshi Ohno) and his companions bid farewell to Uta and Kohiro as they return to the monster world, where he is about to have his coronation ceremony. However, the Monster Prince does not like this arrangement at all; he misses his good friends from the human world and constantly wants to escape. His thoughts deeply trouble the Monster King and the vampires. To help him focus, the Monster King decides to send him back to the human world. With the help of the genius sheep man (played by Takahiro Higashiyama) and his teleportation machine, the Monster Prince returns to the human world, only to find Uta and Kohiro unusually cold. It turns out that these are all illusions created by the sheep man, meant to sever his attachment to the human world. Unexpectedly, the machine suddenly malfunctions, trapping the Monster Prince in a virtual world... This film is adapted from the manga of the same name by Fujiko F. Fujio.
