Xiao Bei (Jackie Chan), a fitness equipment store clerk who has practiced martial arts since childhood, possesses an unusual ability to sense things and dreams of becoming a spy one day. Using his instincts and skills, Xiao Bei successfully captures bank robbers on the spot, making headlines and attracting the attention of a private detective, who suspects he may be the long-lost son of their Korean client, Park Won-jung, and decides to take him to meet Park’s lawyer. Driven by curiosity, Xiao Bei decides to follow the lawyer to Korea to uncover the mystery of his origins, only to encounter Park Won-jung right before the latter passes away. From an American magazine journalist, Fu Xi (Kim Min), Xiao Bei learns that the Park couple were famous double agents. Following Park Won-jung’s dying wish, with Fu Xi’s help, Xiao Bei goes to Turkey and finds a large sum of money, and meets a mysterious woman, Yong (Shiou Ruoxuan). In his moment of triumph, Xiao Bei begins to face a series of inexplicable attacks, making him realize that danger has long surrounded him.
