A group of racers from around the world participate in an illegal race spanning from the East Coast to the West Coast of the United States, with competitors scheming against each other to claim victory. Due to opponents of the race kidnapping a politician's assistant as a hostage, the police initiate an investigation, leading all the racers to unite and break through police barricades.
