Wu Bi (played by Sammo Hung) is a henchman at a detective agency in Barcelona. One day, his agency receives a major job: the client commissions them to find a woman named Goliath and her daughter Shivia within 14 days. Since the agency’s chief detective is evading creditors and Wu Bi doesn’t want to let a lucrative job slip away, he seeks help from Thomas (played by Jackie Chan), a young Chinese man operating a food truck locally, and David (played by Yuen Biao) to conduct the investigation. Through their investigation, they discover that Goliath is actually the daughter of a wealthy local count who has passed away. If they can't find her or her daughter, a massive inheritance will fall into the hands of her scheming cousin, who is their hidden employer! Thus, a scene of hero saving the beauty unfolds!
