The story takes place in medieval France, where Leah (played by Anja Knauer) loses her father to the violent Burgundians. Fortunately, Leah escapes and is taken in by a kind farmer who raises her as an ordinary girl, completely unaware of her true heritage. One day, the Burgundians arrive in Leah's village in search of the legendary holy sword, unleashing a brutal massacre.
