Under the police's arrangements, Flying Tiger member Ah Jian successfully infiltrates the gang's inner circle as an undercover agent. Gang leader Fat Uncle always suspects Ah Jian's identity and repeatedly tests him, but Ah Jian manages to escape danger each time. When the four major triads in Hong Kong clash in Kowloon Bay, Ah Jian saves Fat Uncle's life during a chaotic battle, earning his trust. Fat Uncle's plan to rob a gold shop fails, and in a fit of rage, he targets Kuang Zi, one of the triad members who previously hunted him down, preparing to take revenge. To prevent a larger bloodshed, Ah Jian relays information back to the police, but it's too late. Fat Uncle's son encounters Ah Jiao, who he doesn't know is Ah Jian's sister, and assaults her while filming it. Ignoring the captain's warnings, Ah Jian kills Fat Uncle's son, but unfortunately exposes his identity. Unable to find Ah Jian, Fat Uncle, in a fit of rage, kills Ah Jian's entire family. Ah Jian finally reveals himself and plans to kidnap Fat Uncle, which attracts both the police and Fat Uncle's henchmen. The underworld and police collide in Kowloon Bay...
