There exists a special team within the police department that confronts criminals not with guns and ammunition or violent clashes, but primarily relies on communication and strong psychological endurance. This team is abbreviated as "SIT," which refers to what we call negotiation experts. Their main duty is to save hostages and involved parties at the least possible cost through communication and negotiation with offenders. Among this predominantly male team, there is a striking figure, Reiko Usamaki (played by Ryoko Yonekura), who strides in high heels and acts decisively. However, her arrival is initially met with skepticism from her male colleagues, who doubt her capability to handle the responsibilities of a negotiator. But as a series of events unfold, Reiko demonstrates her negotiation skills that are on par with her male counterparts, earning the recognition of her colleagues, including her supervisor Keigo Kirizawa (played by Takanao Jin’nai)…
