A seventy-year-old mansion on Hong Kong's Mid-Levels, inhabited by owner Miss Cheung (Ding Pui) and her partner Bing Shao (Chen Baixiang), alongside other tenants like Taxi Fai (Liu Jiawei), Koushui Piao (Lu Dawang), Da Lian (Li Dianlang), Po Shu (Liu Kexuan), PC Qiang (Zhan Sen), and Dr. Long (Gu Feng), each coming from different backgrounds and professions, living under one roof, leading to inevitable conflicts. Developer Young Master Zeng (Cao Chaoli), through his advisor (Luo Guowei), attempts to acquire the mansion. Seeing money, Bing Shao begins a series of eviction and counter-eviction actions, filled with laughter and tears. Ultimately, the acquisition plan fails, and all tenants are relocated by the government to a new housing estate.
