Police officer Zhang Dahui (played by Lian Kai) is escorting the prisoner Situqi (played by Lin Jiadong) back to the police station when they unexpectedly encounter an incident and stumble into the stronghold. The stronghold is a gathering place for outlaws from various places who set up camp and operate their own laws, making it a typical "No Man's Land." The leader of the stronghold, Crow, captures both Zhang Dahui and Situqi, threatening to kill the police officer.
