The Spring City Hotel is a headache for everyone. The leaders of the catering company decided to send Niu Hong (played by Sun Chun) to manage Spring City. With encouragement from his sister Niu Hua (played by Chen Ye), Niu Hong takes up the position. Under Niu Hong's leadership, the hotel turns from loss to profit and unprecedentedly issues bonuses.
