A-Qing (Niu Chengze), A-Rong (Zhang Shi) and other boys were born and raised in the Wind Cabinet. After graduating from high school, they spent their days waiting for military enlistment in boredom, wasting excessive energy through gambling, fighting, and watching plays. After a serious fight and feeling weary of their surroundings, they left the Wind Cabinet for Kaohsiung with anxious hearts. Initially, they could only wander like lost sheep, bumping around in the dazzling metropolis. With the help of A-Rong's sister, they found temporary shelter. However, after settling down, A-Qing and A-Rong began to diverge due to their gradually forming different worldviews. A letter from home stirred up complicated memories of A-Qing's father, and witnessing the emotional turmoil of his crush, Xiao Xing (Lin Xiuling), and her boyfriend (Tuo Zonghua), left A-Qing in silence.
