The nameless (played by Zhao Jiahui) has been without parents since childhood, luckily taken in by his uncle Luo Sihai (played by Wang Jing). With no one to care for him, he often hangs around gambling stalls on the streets, honing his exceptional gambling skills. Luo Sihai discovers the nameless's talent and takes him along with two junior partners, Ajun (played by Li Jun) and a lowly man, to Shenzhen to set up schemes to cheat money. While cheating in Shenzhen, they offend the local boss, Meng Ge (played by Long Fang). In front of Meng Ge, the nameless impresses him with his unique skills, allowing the four to escape trouble. After returning to Hong Kong, the nameless encounters a blind model named Ku Er (played by Shu QI). Ajun sees the nameless's feelings and promises to help him pursue Ku Er, on the condition that he teaches him gambling skills. The nameless readily agrees. Meng Ge comes to Hong Kong looking for the nameless, forcing him to use his gambling skills to make money for him. Reluctantly, the nameless has no choice but to comply. However, after Ajun learns the gambling skills, he seizes the opportunity to blindside the nameless and takes his place with Meng Ge. What will ultimately happen to the nameless?
