Officer A Jie is a nemesis to crime, but his sister dies from soft drugs. Grieving, A Jie decides to transfer to the Huan Tou Police Station to combat drug dealers and eliminate the drug scourge, during which he develops an irreconcilable feud with drug lord A Long. However, during a mission, A Jie inadvertently saves Long's sister, A Min, who is a victim of soft drugs. Jie helps Min escape the life of crime and start anew. As Min develops feelings for Jie, she heeds his advice to reform. The two spend time together, and their feelings deepen. Long, furious about their relationship, tries to break them apart but ultimately fails. In a desperate move, Long uses Min's life to frame Jie. Yet, justice prevails as Jie, utilizing his skills as a special police officer, defeats Long and rescues Min, allowing their romance to continue.
