Successful lawyer Matt (played by George Clooney) sees his wife turn into a vegetable due to an accident. Recently, doctors informed him that her time is running out, which has hit him hard. Meanwhile, as the heir to a Hawaiian island, he is also negotiating development matters with a trust fund.
