Tulsa is an American soldier stationed in West Germany who enjoys singing and plans to open a club in Oklahoma with some comrades after his discharge. To save enough capital for his venture, he bets his friend Dynamite that he can get the cool dancer Lili from the Europa Club to spend a night alone with him, but unexpectedly, Dynamite is reassigned back to Alaska early due to his behavior. To avoid losing the bet, his comrades nominate Tulsa, who is very popular with women, to take his place. During their time together, Tulsa gradually falls in love with Lili, and his talent and sincerity also touch her. However, because of the bet, Tulsa feels deeply guilty and turns down Lili's invitation. On the night they were supposed to meet, Tulsa receives an emergency babysitting job. Having never taken care of a child before, Tulsa is overwhelmed by the crying baby and has to reach out to Lili for help. Will Lili lend a hand? How will Tulsa explain the bet?
