In the year 1500, General Thomas (played by Hugh Jackman) is commanded by Queen Isabella (played by Rachel Weisz) to journey to the New World in search of the legendary "Tree of Life." Drinking a single drop of its sap grants eternal life. After enduring countless hardships, he finally arrives at a magnificent hidden place and witnesses a breathtaking spectacle of immortality.
