Maxine (Mia Goth) is a girl who dreams of fame, but the reality is that she is immersed in the illusions and pleasures brought by drugs and is about to star in a porn film directed by her boyfriend (Martin Henderson). To shoot the film, Maxine, her boyfriend, cameraman RJ (Owen Campbell), location manager Lorraine (Jenna Ortega), and another pair of leads, Jackson (Kid Cudi) and Bobby (Brittany Snow), drive to a remote house.
